This little needle book is a keeper!
Di van Niekerk has designed a lovely needlebook kit for you with detailed instructions and step-by-step photography that will guide you well and it’s suitable for the beginner.
It will be in e-book format so you can download it onto your computer or tablet. This way you will be able to zoom in on the photos to see close-up detail and if English is not your first language, you will be able to copy and paste paragraphs or sentences alongside the images into Google Translate. The links that she provide for the stitches will also take you directly to the stitches gallery on her website. Here is a screenshot of the step-by-step e-book that you will receive when we process your order. Suitable for the complete beginner.

The size of the completed book is 10.5 x 7 cm (4.13 x 2.75 inches). The spine of the book is 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) and the depth of the pages is 1.7 cm (0.67 inches)

You can leave the edges as they are or Di will teach you how to make an Antwerp-edging for a lovely finish.

The kit contains the following:

16 different colours x 1 metre of each (2 x 50 cm lengths)
1 colour – 4.9 metres of Perle#12
17 colours in total
Ribbons from Di van Niekerk’s silk and organza ribbon range
6 x 2mm silk packets – 3 metres in a packet
2 x 4mm silk packets – 3 metres in a packet
2 x 25mm organza – 20 cm (8″) length

Total: 24 metres of silk and 40 cm of organza. * You will have lots of ribbons left over to use in future projects.
