Still in 2023

It is a very difficult year all over the world. Here in South Africa we are battling with load shedding (no power), in some (most) areas for up to 8 hours per day, we have water issues due to no maintenance on infrastructure. This last week we had a massive storm in North West and Gauteng through to KZN which lifted roofs of houses, uprooted trees and caused major power and water issues. Then we were horrified as we watched on TV the destruction left on our coastal areas due to springtide and 2 full moons in one month. We grieve for those who lost their lives. We also have wildfires destroying our farms, in one case today a very popular inland holiday resort had to be evacuated as the fires got right up to the holiday homes. Destruction everywhere. Our petrol and diesel prices is again sky rocketing, leaving many people in dire straits as food prices are also now rocketing once again. We need prayers, please. However, we still believe God is with us every step of the way. We praise him in the good and the bad times.
